Initial Discussion

We learn all about your biking habits. Do you have a mileage goal? Are you looking to change the type of bike you ride? We find out if you are currently experiencing pain as well learn about worries you may have about increasing miles.

Movement Analysis

Demonstrate your riding technique in our office while we use advanced tools to assess your pedaling, body alignment, and biomechanics. We identify any imbalances or improper that could contribute to pain and injury.

Bike Assessment

We take a look at the bike to see if adjustments are necessary in the frame size, seat height, handlebars, and pedals. Looking at your wrist alignment and body position will help us identify any adjustments we need to make on the bike.

Custom Adjustments

We analyze the data for customized adjustments, like altering the seat height, angling the handlebars, or changing the pedal position.

Low back pain and other injuries are prevalent in 84% of cyclists. Rest assured – the injuries are preventable. Our professional bike fitting will eliminate poor form by customizing your bicycle to fit your body, reducing stress on muscles and joints.

Case Study

Kenny, a valued client, could not ride more than 15 miles without severe ITB pain. Despite trying to push through the discomfort, he developed full ITB tendinitis, affecting his daily activities like lunging, stairs, and squatting. During his bike fitting, we discovered that his knee was too flexed at the bottom of the pedal stroke, placing excessive strain on his lateral leg and ITB. We alleviated his pain by adjusting his seat height and position, allowing him to cycle over 50 miles the following month without discomfort.
